Right now, homes that are in move-in condition priced under $100,000 are very hard to find. And in the past couple of years, especially in 2021, prices have been rising very fast. I don’t think that upward trend is going to continue. By the end of 2022, I think we will see that trend stop and you will see home prices adjust and the market will start to become more favorable to buyers.
